A virtual birthday party interface
Brief:
As virtual birthday parties rose to compensate for traditional birthday festivities that could not be met due to the lockdowns caused by the pandemic. As the experience of virtual birthdays can be made better exponentially, a UI project was done for the same.
Target Audience:
14-30 y/o
Empathy Mapping:
FEELS: Happy that there’s some sort of compensation, but annoyed by
navigating through many tabs for playing games and other activities.
USER
THINKS: Won’t it be amazing if there was an easy to use, and a fun platform to celebrate birthdays virtually, as after covid, that is the safest way.
SAYS: Birthdays are very exciting and love to celebrate.
DOES: Calls friends over to a
group video calling platform or
gets surprised by friends at 12 am.
SWOT Analysis:
Threats: Demand might reduce with
lockdowns being lifted and people being able to meet their friends and loved ones.

Birthday
Interface
Opportunities: One of a kind interface. First of its kind to include all the necessity features to make virtual parties a great experience.
Strengths: More facilities and
options available to unlock a better celebrated event.
Weakness: Despite all efforts made to make the virtual experience amazing, it would not reach the level of a traditional birthday celebration.
